Delhi Begin your Tour. Arrive into Delhi Welcome to Vardhman's
"Tiger and Golden Triangle Tour"! On arrival in Delhi, you will
be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel. Relax for a
while and later visit the city. Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan
Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building
and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi. Visit Red Fort, built
in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of
India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal
Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi. Overnight:
Hotel Day 2: Delhi - Jaipur By Road 260 km in 6 hr On the day
2 of your tour drive to the beautiful Pink City-Jaipur after breakfast. Upon arrival,
check into your hotel. Relax for a while and later proceed on a tour of Jaipur.
experience the wonders of this magicial pink city, as you proceed on a tour of
Amber fort. Later visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with
mirrors, Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal or
the Palace of Winds and through the rose pink residential and business areas of
Jaipur. Relax in the evening or visit the markets. Overnight: Hotel
Day 3: Jaipur - Ranthambore By Road 180 km in 3 hr. Proceed
for a morning excursion to Amber Fort after breakfast. You can enjoy Elephant
ride ascent to the fort. Later drive to Ranthambhore. Upon arrival, check
into your hotel. Overnight: Hotel Day 4: Ranthambore Ranthambore
National Park: One of the best places to witness the rich wildlife of India. Situated
at the junction of the Aravalli and Vindhya hill range, the park is spread over
an area of approximately 400 sq km. As far as the origin of the park is concerned,
it was declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1957. Later, in 1981, it was given the
status of a National Park.The Ranthambhore Wildlife Sanctuary of India remains
open every year from October to Mid June. After breakfast at the hotel proceed
for full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two safaris) Overnight: Hotel
Day 5: Ranthambore Full day game viewing inside the jungle.
(Two safaris) Overnight: Hotel Day 6: Ranthambore - Agra By
Road 220 km in 6 hr On the day 6 of your tour drive to the "Romantic
City of Taj Mahal"-Agra after breakfast. Reach Agra and check in at your
hotel. Overnight: Hotel Day 7: Agra - Umaria (Bandavgarh)
Visit the Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula, massive
Agra Fort. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu
and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques &
private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire. The Moti Masjid
& other magnificent buildings reflect the skill of the ancient Indian architects.
Later visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which offers an excellant
range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a
one stop shop. Later in the evening transfer to Agra railway station to catch
train for Umaria. Overnight: Hotel Day 8: Umaria-Bandavgarh
Reach UMARIA railway station and transfer to Bandavgarh by our representative.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Bharat Pur Wildlife Sanctuary: Originally
a duck shooting preserve of Maharaja Suraj Mull of Bharatpur, the Bharatpur Bird
Sanctuary of Rajasthan was declared a national park in 1982. Later, in 1985, it
was listed as a World Heritage site by Unesco. At present, the Rajasthan Keoladeo
Ghana National Park serves as one of the chief breeding and feed grounds for the
birds around the world. The Bharat Pur Wildlife Sanctuary, of Rajasthan, houses
approximately 300 species of birds. Amongst them, the most prominent ones are
Painted Storks, Open and Spoon Bills, Egrets, Cormorants, White Ibis, Jacanas,
While Harriers, Fishing Eagles, Pied Kingfisher, etc. However, the most awaited
species of birds is the Siberian Crane. Apart from Iran, India is the only place
where this bird migrates in winter. Bharatpur sanctuary remains open throughout
the year from sunrise to sunset. Overnight: Hotel Day 9: Bandavgarh
Full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two safaris) Overnight: Hotel
Day 10: Bandavgarh Full day game viewing inside the jungle.
(Two safaris) Overnight: Hotel Day 11: Bandavgarh - Kanha Morning
at Leisure. Later drive to Kanha National park. On arrival, check in at your hotel.
Relax for the remaining part of the day. Overnight: Hotel Day 12:
Kanha Full day free to visit the Kanha national Park for wildlife viewing.
Overnight: Hotel Day 13: Kanha - Nagpur By Road 240 km in
5 hr Morning after breakfast drive to Nagpur. Upon arrival check into your
hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day. Overnight: Hotel Day
14: Nagpur - Delhi This morning after breakfast transfer to Nagpur airport
to catch flight to Delhi. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your
hotel. Spend day relaxing at the hotel or spending time at local markets.
Overnight: Hotel Day 15: Delhi - Home In time transfer to Delhi
International Airport to board the flight for your onward journey to back home
